BasicResponsibilities基本职责

1.Define HR strategy and HR initiatives according to business development needs;

2.Define and implement talent strategy to support business development, includingtalent acquisition, development and retention;

3.Build high performance culture through effective performance managementsystem/tools/activities;

4.Continuously drive organization effectiveness and efficiency and identifydifferent focuses to fit for different business situation and marketchallenges.

5.Advise on organization design and drive organization optimization.

6.Lead a series of training programs to enhance and improve employee skill set tomeet current and potential business requests.

7.Take the lead to foster a great Otis company culture and drive employee engagementat all levels;

8.Diagnose organization/talent challenges and provide on time /quality solutions

Qualification任职资格:

1.   Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格

l Bachelordegree or above, management related;

l   Fluent in English

2.   Experience工作经验

l   At least 8 years experiencein HR function

l   L&D/OD experience is preferred

l   Able to facilitate workshop.
