Electronics Engineer-电器-杭州【15-20万】

Responsibilities:

• Assist     the ‘Technical Support Engineer’ in delivering the core objectives for the     Electronics category within Volution.

• currently      50+ active suppliers with over $20 Million spend, $8Mn of which is within      PCBA and controller suppliers

• Support     technical implementation of key cost savings objectives

• Alternate      supplier sourcing

• Alternate      Component ‘swap-outs’

• PCBA      design Changes

• THT       to SMT

• PCBA       board component efficiency

• Manage     Volution group Asia Pacific electronic component database

• Development      of approved component database

• Ensuring      new products delivered from Volution adhere to approved list

• Ensuring      Final BOM matches of supplier and Volution group company

• Support     the assessment of electronic supplier capabilities through factory audits

• Support     the implementation of all Electronic new product activity within Asia     Pacific.

• Manage      from initial sample stage, through mass production trials to      implementation

• Including       certification checks.

• Direct     involvement in pre-shipment inspection of suppliers with special attention     and assistance to first-off production.

• Conduct     testing of PCBA’s, using Oscilloscope and other associated equipment in     order to provide initial approval of new/updated PCBA designs.  

• Willingness     to support other technical areas of the business as and when deemed necessary.

Skills& Qualifications:

• Graduate     in Electronics Engineering preferred.

• Minimum     of 2 years’ experience in an electronic engineering role.

• Evidence     of strong performance within project management environment.

• Ideal     but not essential to have prior experience within Ventilation or Air     Conditioning market.

• Be     fully conversant with PCBA design Software, ideally Altium with ability     to:

• Take      current PCBA and reverse engineer, creating appropriate Gerber files and      BOM lists

• Re-design      existing legacy PCBA’s with intention of improving cost and consistency      of design across different boards. i.e THT to SMT updates.

• Ability     to work well under pressure, prioritise and work within tight timescales.

• Self     motivated, confident, independent with desire to pursue a career in a fast     moving environment.

• Proactive     and not afraid to make informed decisions to move projects further.

• Ideally,     reasonable English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• PC     literate with an advanced working knowledge of spreadsheets, and     electronic board design programmes.

• Willingness     to travel when necessary within China, staying overnight:

• Role      will have expected travel requirements around 10% of time.
