BasicResponsibilities基本职责

1、Manageresources, schedule, and program risks for multiple development efforts to ensurethe progress of the escalator development program.

管理开发过程中的资源、进度以及项目风险，保证扶梯产品开发项目的顺利开展。

2、Establishand manage program schedules, product cost, budget and resources with a clearroadmap in system level and component level.

负责编制和管理项目计划、产品成本和项目预算以及各方面的资源。在系统层面制定清晰的项目规划，同时保证与部件层面的规划一致。

3、Managea cross functional team and possibly collaborate with teams from differentcountries.

管理和组织各个不同部门间的工作安排和交流，还会涉及各个不同国家间的合作和讨论。

4、Communicateeffectively with Sr. Management, team members, and across operations.

负责有效的与管理层、项目组成员间以及各个不同营运模块间的沟通。

5、Presentgoal and objective to team members and lead them to deliver without compromisein quality and technical rigor

为项目组成员制定任务目标并确保整个项目组能保质保量的完成相关任务。

6、Conductquality and passport reviews as per Otis Product Development Process (PDP)

完成OtisPDP项目开发流程所有相关的review节点。

7、Otherrelated or daily work which assigned provisionally

其它技术有关的工作及领导交予的一些日常工作

QUALIFICATIONS任职资格:    

1.      Bachelor or above, Graduated fromfamous university，Mechanical related，Over 5 years engineering ordevelopment experience.

大学本科及同等学历以上，名牌大学毕业，机械相关专业5年以上工程或开发工作经验.

2.    Good knowledge at mechanical design, calculationand FEA analysis and Mechanical vibration is prefer.

熟练机械制图，计算，力学分析, 振动专业优先

3.    Familiar with product development andprogram management process, and be capable to analyze customer requirement andmanage the task & schedule; Good at communication and customer service awareness

熟悉开发和项目管理流程，拥有准确的需求分析能力并管理工作进度能力，良好的语言表达、客户沟通能力及强烈的客户服务意识。

4.    Good communication and team work alsocan be able to do the design work by yourself.

具有良好的沟通协调能力，能够独立承担并完成相关的设计工作。

5.    Good English in read and written.

语言能力：良好的英文读写能力；

6.    Proficient Microsoft OFFICE, AUTOCAD,Creo ,and so on.

熟练掌握并使用计算机办公软件,AUTO Cad, Creo软件。

7.    Experience in elevator or escalatorcompany or foreign company in mechanical field is prefer.

有电梯、自动扶梯行业或机械行业外企背景者优先考虑。
