Basic Accountabilities:

1.      Lead design and testing of  machines or mechanical components accordingto product development standards.

2.      Research, design and evaluatemachine or mechanical components in system to meet requirements, applyingknowledge of engineering principles.

3.      Prepare assembly and detailmanufacture drawings of machine or mechanical components.

4.      Prepare documentation forsales, manufacture, purchasing, quality-Improve product quality and cost.

5.      Provide guideline to Chinacompanies or third party testing facility on all matters relating to productqualification and testing.Principle Working Relations.

6.      Engineering and SupplyManagement teams, Worldwide Engineering partners.

Qualification Requirement:

1.      Minimum 3 years mechanicaldesign work experience-Experience with CAD/CAE, especially ProE, ANASYS.

2.      Experience on gearbox design /qualification-Be

3.      familiar with manufacturequality control;

4.      Ability to handle anyqualification test independently;

5.      Strong mechanical calculationskills are essential;

6.      Strong analytical and problemsolving skills are essential.

7.      Must be able to readEngineering drawings and interpret requirements.

8.      Knowledge of local governmentcodes and practices in EH&S.

9.      Strong teaming/leadershipskills.

10.    Experience/ knowledge onmaterial selection and manufacture control is preferred.

11.  Language - English - CET6 andabove. Must be proficient in spoken and written English &Chinese.-Computer Skills.

12.  Project Management tools,Microsoft Office.
